They are seeking a talented and driven Section Agent, from a civil engineering background to run a project worth £4-6million in value. As No1 on site you would be reporting into a Project Manager, who takes care of 7 other projects as part of the major works scheme, and managing all the works on that particular site. It’s a unique opportunity to work as key managerial figure on a scheme running for a minimum of 6 years and it’s expected the contract will be continued beyond this.

Duties will include site investigation, service installations, sub-contractor management and payment, monitoring KPI’s, monthly reporting, direct client liaison, programme management, and design and planning input

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience of successful project delivery as well as planning and cost control experience. You must be from a Civil Engineering background and ideally have HNC Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Remuneration consists of up to £38k basic salary plus excellent package.
