Our Client are a large corporate player employing more than 5000 people in over 15 countries. Their business covers Investment, property, insurance, Securities, Trading, food and other complementary business activities. Their investment arm alone manages some $3 billion worth of assets.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

You will be responsible for establishing the UK HR capability in what is a highly strategic as well as hands-on role.
You will be expected to be highly effective at designing, implementing, and maintaining a wide range of HR disciplines including payroll, training, grievances, benefits and associated areas.
This is a new role and thus you can expect the remit to grow and the expectation is for you to grow a team. Your initial remit will be to cover 9 offices across UK and Ireland.

Candidate skills required

Our client is interested in speaking to individuals who can demonstrate a proven and strong track record within HR.

My client is flexible in terms of the sector within which you have gained your HR experience. However a history of people-management & implementing process in a ‘green-field' site would be beneficial.

Additional skill sets sought include:

• CIPD qualified
• You should be able to demonstrate a motivated, innovative and flexible approach to your experience
• Comprehensive legal knowledge
• Experience of working with diverse employee groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
