This role is heading up a well established and successful Client account.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

This individual will manage all aspects of the solution and is the main point of contact for the client, the Account Team and internally on all matters and issues concerning the account.
It will be the responsibility of the Client Director to ensure that the account is managed in the most effective way, in line with agreed service levels with the client.
A key part of the role is to be involved in strategic planning and be constantly aware of ways to improve and expand the company's service offering.

Candidate skills required

Ideally Educated to Degree standard the successful applicant should ideally have previous in-house recruitment experience.
Naturally in such a role you must be able to show a proven track record of people-management.
The successful candidate will be able to understand the solution and get up to speed with the requirements quickly demonstrating a sound commercial awareness.
As point of contact to demanding key stakeholders you must demonstrate the required gravitas and impact to manage the client's expectations, whilst offering them solutions that are beneficial to both them and the RPO provider.
You should have natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment

Salary £60k-80k basic, six figure OTE
