Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background of working with developers and or Main Contractors on residential projects (R/C frame preferred) is sought for a new build, multi-million pound mixed-use development in West London.
The successful applicant will be working for a renowned regional developer.
Close to good transport and road links, the position will be site based and requires a confident hands-on Surveyor with a 'can-do' attitude who is looking to take a step up the career ladder.
You will be in charge of your own job and be the number 1 on site.
Currently at groundworks stage, the latest phase of this project is due for completeion in 2010.
