Commis Chef De Rang Waiter/ss– £16,000 – Surrey – 3AA Restaurant - 5* Hotel – Accommodation provided - Start immediately – Overtime paid

We are an up market Brasserie within a 5* Hotel in Surrey, within easy reach of Central London and we currently require an experienced Commi Chef De Rang.

We offer a fantastic working environment, provide you with continuous support including on and off the job training & development and study sponsorship.

You will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off, have a professional Team to support you, a basic salary of £11,500 plus service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus weekly cash tips and accommodation with everything included for only £25.20 per week!!!

The ideal candidate will have:
• Hotel & Catering qualification
• Experience within 3AA Restaurant Michelin Star
• Well educated, good customer service skills and presentable
• Excellent communication skills and able to deal with an International and up market clientele is essential

In return we will offer:
• A basic salary of £11,500 per year for a live in position and you will also receive - Service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus cash tips of £20/30 per week
• £25.20 charge for accommodation (please note that £25.20 fee will also include free meals, uniform, laundry, water, electricity, gas, TV licence!!!!)
