Jnr Sous Chef - £22K–live in – Hertfordshire – Imm. start !!!

We are a beautiful 4* Hotel with 129 bedrooms located in Hertfordshire.

We have a brand new 80 seats Fine Dining Restaurant and a Brasserie serving Modern British cuisine with European influence, we also have a successful Conference & Banqueting department which serves up to 350 Covers.

Currently we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for our Fine dining Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience in a similar position
- excellent Supervisory skills, is reliable and focused
