CDP – £17K/£18K - 2AA Restaurant – Norfolk – Live in - Immed Start

Our Hotel is set within 1800 acres of National Trust Parkland. We have 27 bedrooms (and 11 additional apartments) that offer luxury, style and comfort. Our fine dining 2AA Rosette Restaurant (pushing for the third) serves Modern English and Mediterranean cuisine and we use only fresh local produce.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Chef de Partie that has an eye for details.

We are a friendly brigade pushing for our third rosette. Accommodation is set 3/4 miles from the Hotel and the ideal candidate will need to ride or drive to and from hotel.

The position will be very hands on, the team works close together and we are always happy to see competent, reliable and eager Chefs, who ware looking for an excellent challenge in a TOP establishment.

The right candidate:
- Will have at least 1 or 2 years experience as a Chef de partie / Snr Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
- Chef qualification such as NVQ level 1 & 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking

• Basic salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per year
