A trendy and popular and extremely busy restaurant in Covent Garden are currently seeking fun, intelligent and experienced Duty Managers to join their management team. This is a fast paced, thriving, buzzing site that is very well know amongst the regular West End visitors. You will have experience with a large team of staff and be a great motivator. Your experience will have proven a history of respected and reputable restaurants or bars, and a confident manner which gains you respect with your staff. Accountable for the total control of the restaurant while on duty, you will enjoy the challenge of a high volume site and be looking for short term career progression. Previous experience will be at a Duty or Assistant Manager level.
