TRAINEE ASSISTANT MANAGERS REQUIRED FOR THIS FAMILY OWNED OPERATION

My client is looking for Trainee Assistant Managers to work alongside their Branch Managers to learn every aspect of running their own bar. This is your chance to learn how to run a restaurant, bar and kitchen in every detail from planning a rota to ordering deliveries.

TRAINING PROGRAMME:
These are just some of the areas you could be learning as a Trainee Assistant Manager

Finances, (learning about Gross Profit and Profit and Loss statements).
First Aid
Health and safety
Food Hygiene
Managing Staff
Kitchen experience
Fire fighting
Stocktaking procedures
Wine Tasting Courses in conjunction with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

Constant feedback and appraisals are conducted every 8 weeks to ensure you develop your skills. Trainee Assistant Managers are expected to lead from the front, rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in every aspect of the business. After 40 weeks of training, you'll be ready to take on more specific responsibility, usually as an Assistant Manager in one of our West End or City bars.

Company accommodation is also available for the first four months.
