Job Description

Senior Sous Chef required for good 4 star hotel, Manchester.
The Company
-An international hotel chain
-200 Bedroom,
-100 cover restaurant, Conferencing for 500.

The role
-managing a brigade of 10, you will work directly under the Exec chef and run the kitchen day to day
-Liaise with the executive chef to create menu's
-To co ordinate and manage all sous chefs and CDP's
-Monitoring kitchen management including Rostering, Training, Food hygiene to company standards
-Developing the Kitchen brigade through Mentoring and training

The Person
-You will have relevant experience in similar corporate property, and be either at senior sous level or an experienced sous, looking for the next step up. .
-You will need to have a passion for training and be looking to develop the management side of your experience, including coaching and mentoring.
-This is a good way to get onto the corporate ladder or to progress further.
