This stylish operation is open Monday to Friday and offers high end gastronomic cuisine.

Your responsibilities in this role will be,

To ensure the operation runs smoothly and to a high standard
To train and develop your team
Ensure the business is driven forward and financial targets are met

The ideal candidate will,

Be currently working as a Restaurant Manager in a rosetted establishment
Have great communication and man management skills
Have sound financial and business acumen
