Our client, an up and coming casino chain has an exciting vacancy for a restaurant manager in its new site based in Edinburgh, the facility boasts a spectacular restaurant that offers fine dining in this fast paced and enjoyable environment. The company we represent are striving to offer 5 star service throughout the centre, extended to the restaurant, and require a candidate of the highest calibre to run the that part of the business.

The role will involve managing the Restaurant and ensuring that customer service is a priority throughout the team. As part of a structured management team the successful candidate will report into the general manager but have full autonomy for the restaurant and bar area. As with all roles within this sector hours will be unsociable as the venue is open late most nights.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing in a restaurant environment or be an outstanding assistant manager that can demonstrate they are ready to progress into a more challenging position.
