Restaurant Manager - Birmingham - 23,000

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the management and continued profitability of a busy restaurant. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to increase the restaurants business. You will lead and direct your team to deliver a high quality of service that lives up to the reputation of the restaurant. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and solve problems and also have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for ordering stock, ensuring the restaurants budgets are adhered to.

The successful candidate will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. Previous managerial experience at restaurant manager level within a similar environment is essential for this role.
