Passenger Service Team Leader - Heathrow - 25K to 28.5K

BAA are currently seeking team leaders to head up customer focused trolley logistics teams at Heathrow Airport. The Team Leader will be managing their given team through inspiring and proactive leadership to the Central Trolley Operations team to give a great experience for all our customers. Ensuring that the trolley assets are set up and maintained in support of the operation, and are in compliance with BAA and regulatory requirements.
This BAA role involves frequent face-to-face contact with internal stakeholders, travellers, third parties, control authorities and other airport operating companies. All discussions will relate to operation on the day, or performance against Service Level Agreements: Internal/external business customers Airlines Business leads Department for Transport (DfT) Infrastructure contractors and suppliers Environmental agency Road Transport agency Logistics third parties To apply for this job, you ll need to have: Experience working within a customer service/commercial environment, this would preferably be a multi site customer service environment Managerial experience Relevant training in Security awareness A can do approach The ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work under pressure The ability to work to a plan, review the plan and make improvements The ability to communicate with all levels of staff, and to deal professionally with colleagues, customers and business partners Sound judgement when assessing impact of actions on others Understanding of commercial implications of actions taken You will need to have permanent residency in the UK and be able to pass the necessary security checks, also you will need to be flexible to cover shift paterns.
