Assistant Bars Manager required for 4 star multi site property in Berkshire.

Assistant Bars Manager
This growing national group is looking for a experience Bars Manager to join their very busy and successful Bars Department. This property consists of just over 300 bedrooms and is situated in 250 acres on land. There are 2 main bars - one attracting residents of the hotel and golf and leisure side and the other which is used mainly used for functions.

Assistant Bars Manager
You will be responsible for both bars and have assistance in the opening of a third bar in the restaurant. You will be overseeing all bar staff, stock control and the day to day running of this busy operation.

Assistant Bars Manager
You will need to come from a background in either hotels or conference venues, have a good knowledge of the bars and drinks selection. If you have worked in the restaurant - this would be an added bonus.

Excellent Salary Offered - please note that you would need to have a car to get to the property.
