RESTAURANT and BAR MANAGER REQUIRED FOR COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL!!!

Restaurant and Bars Manager:
Situated on the border of Hertfordshire and Essex, this lovely country house hotel set in 200 acres of woodland are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager. This beautiful 4 star property has around 100 bedrooms, 2 restaurants and over 20 meeting rooms and is very busy with conferences, weddings and private functions.

Restaurant and Bars Manager:
You will be responsible for a team of 15 and will need to manage a 70 seater brasserie restaurant as well as a 40 seater 2 rosette restaurant. This is a very busy operation and you will need to think on your feet and be hands on. If you are a professional individual, passionate about food and developing your team - then this would be a great opportunity to work within a stable environment.

If you are a strong manager, can motivate a team - then this could be the role for you.
