Berkeley Scott Group are recruiting a talented Sous Chef for a very busy tourist site based in Barnes, (10 minute bus ride from Hammersmith). As Sous Chef your duties will be to deputise for the head chef, the sous chef will also be required to bring in innovative idea's for the menu and conferences catering for up to 300 people a day plus events. Ideally we are looking for an experienced sous chef or strong CDP ready for the next step up to sous chef. The client is a tourist site near the river attracting a lot of kids parties and the older generation who come to marvel at the wonderful wildlife along the Thames. The venue also caters for private parties, corporate events and monthly themed BBQ's.
