One of the best known branded restaurants are looking to recruit an assistant manager to work in one of their sites. The company currently have over 160 sites across the country and are known for delivering first class food with first class standards.

As assistant manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant. You will lead your staff to ensure that the customer receives a high quality of service. Not only will you be supervising your staff but you will deliver training and help to motivate and develop them, as well as controlling labour costs. You will be required to efficiently deal with customer complaints. In addition you will be responsible for cash handling and stocks.

Ideal assistant managers will be passionate, motivated and determined. Have high levels of energy and drive and be customer focused, building relationships with both customers and staff. You will have experience in an assistant management role along with some branded restaurant experience.
