Job Description
Berkeley Scott is looking for an outgoing salesperson ready for a superb opportunity in an established and successful team who manage the placement of temporary staff within the hospitality industry.
Your role will involve recruiting quality temporary staff and managing their placements, building and maintaining quality relationships with existing clients while developing business with new clients.
To succeed in this role you will be self motivated, a high achiever and be able to demonstrate commitment to building strong relationships as well as:
Confident person with a true passion for the hospitality industry
An enthusiastic, clear and well spoken telephone manner
Enjoy working to targets and tight deadlines
Truly desire a career in a sales environment
Pride yourself on over achieving
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Capable of multitasking while working to a high standard
A superb work ethic with the flexibility to meet the needs of your clients
