as a candidate you must has at least 4years experience in a similar role,
As a chef you must also have:
an good understanding of the financial side of the business including wastage/stock control
a passion for cooking and creating new ideas
a good man manager and team builder
u must demonstrate good leadership skills and a can-do attitude
for this you will be paid a salary of 25k pa + tips
and live-in is available also.
