General Manager required for an upmarket gastro pub based near Maidenhead, Berkshire!

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 plus bonus

As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business. You must have a flare for motivating and inspiring your team with excellent people development and training skills.

You must also have a real passion for delivering high quality fresh food and exceeding guest expectations every time.

As General Manager, you will have full financial accountability for the site. Successful candidates will already have managerial experience within a quality Bar/Restaurant or Gastro Pub to be considered for this role.
