Salary: 16,000 - 18,000 basic plus great bonus scheme
Top end Seafood Restaurant Group are recruiting for a Assistant Manager for their stunning Covent Garden restaurant. A big role for a big person! This is a popular jaunt for everyone from the local crowd to the celebrities wanting a relaxed meal out. Fresh food, great wine and a charming atmosphere that entices the discerning diner to a great night out. This is a high volume operation requiring a strong manager competent in guest service , financial understanding, stock controls and fixed costs, staff management, appraisal and discipline. The required candidate will have Management experience to at least Supervisory level, preferably within a branded operation although this is not essential.
