Berkeley Scott are pleased to be recruiting a head chef for this prestigious contract caterer with over 150 sites in the UK. Responsibilities will include: :Managing and delegating a team of 8 :Menu design :Ordering and stock control :Achieving sales goals, food costs and minimising waist age This site has just been beautifully refurbished and we are looking for an experienced head chef to come and inject some passion and flavour into the menu. The client is based in central London near Victoria, you will be catering for 750 professional clients in the subsidised staff dining area and catering for the meetings and events.
