Restaurant Manager required for busy, branded restaurant on the outskirts of Glasgow.

The Berkeley Scott Group is working with one of the UK's largest restaurant operators looking to recruit a hands-on General Manager/ Restaurant Manager for its branded restaurant business near Glasgow.

You will report directly to the regional manager.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, highly motivated manager with the desire and ability to develop the business and take full ownership of the restaurant.

The successful applicant will ideally have management experience in a fast paced and demanding restaurant environment.
The Manager should be customer focused, taking pride in the product, the offer and the restaurant at all times.
A proven track record of business development, profit conversion and financial acumen are necessary requirements for this role.
The Restaurant / General Manager should be leading the way in staff development and training.
