Food and Beverage Manager - 4 Star Hotel - Aberdeen - £20,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become the Food and Beverage Manager of this popular 4 star hotel in Aberdeen.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the F and B Operations Heads of Department, ensuring they perform efficiently and effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To review, evaluate, plan and take action so that the F and B department achieves its targets and give both internal and external customers, quality service.

Supervise the function of all F and B departments in respect of staff, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved and standards are kept.

Control and analyse, on an on-going basis, in order to optimise the following: product and service quality levels, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and hygiene.

Formulate the annual budgets for the F and B departments.

Recruit, train and develop staff and actively engage in your own personal development.

Person

You will have a proven background in a 4 star hotel working within the food and beverage department in a senior position.

You will have large volume experience including conference and banqueting and be looking for a new challenge.

Salary

A competitive salary of £20,000 is on offer to the successful candidate as well as excellent ongoing training and development.
