We have taken on a role which will provide a strong Restaurant/Bar Manager a fantastic challenge. Can you deal with a high volume, fast paced environment and still provide a high level of customer service ? However, this job comes with a twist in that the bar/restaurant also has a nightclub attached and therefore caters for all requirements on your night out. Ideally, we are looking for a manager with a quality bar/restaurant background and that knows how to implement these high standards into a business. Another major benefit of this role is that in order to achieve these goals, you will be given a great deal of training and guidance. Your ideas, methods and systems will all be listened to and given the chance to succeed. You will work closely with the General Manager to run a team of up to 10 staff. In order to ensure that our clients get the correct standard of manager, they are willing to provide an excellent remuneration package, with great bonus opportunities included too.
