We have a fantastic new opportunity in the latest venture from a well-respected group. Opening around September 2007, this project is set to be an instant success and needs a Bar Manager with the drive to ensure this happens.

The Group: Formed in the late 1990's, the group has gone from success to success, with its individually designed sites, quality ingredients and well designed menus. Built around the atmosphere, the characteristics and the cleanliness of the restaurants, a targeted plan of growth is currently progressing across the U.K.

The Job: As this is a new opening, you will be responsible for ensuring that this new launch exceeds all expectations. Working alongside the General Manager, you will be involved in the recruitment and training of your team and make sure that all members of staff are trained to the highest levels. Attentiveness to the customer and levels of service are held in high regard within these operations and therefore a keen eye for detail is required. You will have control over the service standards within the bar and more importantly, will help create the perfect atmosphere for people awaiting their tables.

The Person: You will have drive, ambition, personality, presence and be a strong leader. You will care about your team and its business. You will need a proven record of success and new opening experience would be an advantage, although is not essential. Most importantly, you will strive for consistently high levels of quality customer service.
