Our client is a leading player in the retail coffee market and is a name seen on many high streets across the U.K. Offering a quality product, combined with a light food offer, they have gone from strength to strength. We are now looking for a regional manager for the Manchester area to cover around 10 units and to ensure the successful growth of each of these businesses. You will therefore have a previous track record within a multi-site environment, preferably in a similar market place. You will need to be a strong team player and motivator, committed to getting the best from your teams. With a strong financial understanding, you will create the right operating environment for your managers and provide the support that they require.
