NEW OPENING CITY CENTRE RESTAURANT.
As part of its expansion plans, this growing independent restaurant chain has just acquired a new property in the city centre. In a great location, this is perfect site in which to launch a new venture and we are looking for a fantastic Assistant Manager to bring their skills and experiences to the business. You will be involved in the opening process and work closely with the General Manager to establish this unit at the earliest opportunity. Providing quality Italian influenced food, a passion for this style of cuisine and experience in a similar environment would also be an advantage.
