Job Description
A highly successful property consultancy has an opening for a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to work on a contract basis within its London office. This position will involve negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals on retail property for owners and occupiers. High street retail experience is preferable and a commitment to excellent client service is required. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and working within the team to generate new business. This position is available on an interim basis with an immediate start. A current driving license is required.
