ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - COTSWOLDS - 16000
Our Client is part of a small hotel group set in the middle of the Cotswolds looking for an experienced assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team. Recently refurbished property that consists of nearly 60 rooms, and very busy conference and wedding facilities, and a fine dining accredited restaurant looking to gain more.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will report straight into the Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for about a small but quality team . Your responsibilities will include looking after the conference and banquet ting facilities as well as the restaurant, maintaining standards and developing the team within the hotel.
For this role excellent customer service is paramount!
You must have previous restaurant experience in a standard orientated environment, be self motivated and able to motivate a team at the same time. Hotel experience is not essential to this role. Apply to louise.meek@bsgplc.com
