Our client, a Buckinghamshire based Local Authority, requires a Senior Development Control Planner on a contract basis for an initial 3 month contract. You will have previous experience processing and evaluating major planning and related applications, negotiations with applicants, preparing reports and recommending appropriate actions. Ideally chartered and be a car owner/driver.
