Job Description

Exciting Opportunity to join a North East based Local Authority as a Development Control Officer. You will be responsible for processing both minor and medium size planning applications, going out on site visits, ideally you will have 3 years experience in Development Control, be a car owner and driver. This is an initial 3 Month contract and requires a Town Planning degree or equivalent.
