Our clients provide outsourcing and development services and have over 25 years experience of building IT solutions.
They are a market leader in the telecoms industry and are looking for an in-house recruitment consultant to join their busy team, based on the client site in Bristol.

The focus will be the direct recruitment of suitable candidates by working on live jobs given to the by the consultants onsite. This activity should be executed using the most appropriate mediums (Internet advertising/searching databases etc).

Responsibilities:

Working with onsite consultants to define requirements and agree best approach on sourcing relevant candidates.
Reporting into the onsite Account Director, the Resourcer should be fully focused on finding suitable candidates directly, this activity is the central role of the resourcer.
Co-ordinate the selection process, including arranging interviews and assessment centres.
Ensure that all recruitment information is stored and logged on the chosen eRecruitment system
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner, including completion of offer documents, sending letters and updating databases.
Effectively manage candidates, promoting the client brand in the local recruitment market

Experience required:
Knowledge of the resourcing process i.e. how to search online databases like Jobsite
Knowledge of how to place online job adverts
Strong MS Office skills including Outlook and Excel

Qualifications:
Degree level education - (any discipline acceptable)

Basic Salary; £18,000 + Commission
Location: Bristol
