Our client is a multi-national RPO provider. This role is managing a major account within their Investment Banking division based in London. With a worldwide infrastructure they are able to offer their clients true multi-national recruitment solution as well as offering employees immense career potential.
They have recently enjoyed a number of major wins within the RPO arena and are investing heavily within this area of their business.

Full job description

You will be responsible for the overall service delivery of temporary / contract staff (750 plus temps / £50m turnover) into this account. Currently they have an onsite team of 15 as well as a further administration team situated at the RPO's head office.

A key part of the role is to be involved in strategic planning and be constantly aware of ways to improve and expand the company's service offering. They have been onsite for a number of years and have recently had their contract extended.

As point of contact to demanding key stakeholders you must demonstrate the required gravitas and impact to manage the client's expectations, whilst offering them solutions that are beneficial to both the bank and RPO provider.
Candidate skills required

Ideally Educated to Degree standard the successful applicant must have previous in-house recruitment experience where you can show a proven track record of management.

Our client is keen to see applicants who have experience of high volume recruitment and dealing with managers / stakeholders at all levels. A strong background in temporary / contract recruitment would be advantageous.

You should have natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment

£50 – £60k basic (Neg), 100% bonus (£100 - £120k OTE)
