This role is based onsite with one of their long standing clients. You will be working with senior stakeholders to deliver a high profile project. There is also the potential for this role to go permanent.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

Your role will be to work on a high profile project to deliver 40 senior technology candidates into the UK division of a large telecoms organisation.

• Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost effective results
• Maintain agreed service levels to the client
• Drive the client to a more comprehensive resource solution
• Ability to provide client with various innovative resourcing options to meet their needs and reduce dependency on third party suppliers
• Ensure all vacancy requests are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation and sourcing channels and processes
• Produce timely and accurate reporting of activity within their respective business area
• Collate, maintain and assess management information
• Add value to their business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge
• Manage, motivate and monitor supplier relationships
• Involvement in any relevant client presentations / evaluation meetings
• Ability to resolve complex and difficult client issues

Candidate skills required

Essential:

• Strong experience in IT recruitment
• Proven track record in delivering effective recruitment solutions
• Face to face interviewing experience
• Experienced at producing business orientated management information
• Experience of designing and implementing resourcing solutions to a client
• Working to demanding targets and ratios
• Strong product knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to deliver within it
• Project planning or campaign management experience
• Experience of managing large scale projects
• Skills in business development
• Ability to work to tight SLAs

Desirable:

• Language skills
Previous on-site experience
• Experience of business process review and re-engineering
• Experience of both agency recruitment and end user recruitment
• Skills in running open days or selection centres
• Ability to conduct competency based interviews

Salary £40k-£45k basic (pro rata) + bonus
