Our Client are a leading Financial Services provider within the credit risk and ratings industry.

We are keen to see CV's of candidates who have Financial Services recruitment experience. Ideally you should have already worked internally although we will consider candidates from an agency environment, providing they have experienced of Fixed income (or closely related) recruitment.


Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)



• To provide an end to end recruitment and selection service – sourcing candidates through a range of media (adverts, agencies, referrals, websites etc)
• Accountable for leading projects and ensuring policies and processes (including HR MIS) are devised and maintained
• Building and managing relationships with key recruitment firms to maximise effectiveness of contingency recruitment and retained searches
Preparing job descriptions
• Screening CV's and forwarding to line managers where appropriate
• Co-ordinating and arranging interviews – identifying appropriate line of business interviewers
• Interviewing as applicable
• Pro-actively gathering feedback and summarising information on a timely basis to assist managers with hiring decisions
• Making verbal offers where appropriate to include negotiation
• Ensuring internal processes are followed and data input is completed on an ongoing basis
Ad-hoc market research where appropriate
• Accountable for producing statistical data across all lines of business for EMEA on a regular basis in a timely manner

Candidate skills required



Essential requirements:

• Financial services recruitment experience (agency, exec. Search or internal)
• Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of headhunting & networking for candidates.
• Exposure to EMEA recruitment.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers
• The ability to manage your own workload
• Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
• Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment

Desirable Skills and abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good presentation skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Well developed IT skills
• Able to analyse and problem solve from complex information and make an informed decision
• Good organisational skills
