This is an amazing opportunity for an exceptional training manager to join one of the country s most successful and recognised hotel groups at a very exciting time with the launch of a entire new brand into the UK market.

The Role
You will have a direct and lasting impact on the success of the new brand through the development of the right staff culture. This newly created role will focus on the design and implementation of training programmes that develops and maintains the culture of the brand on a long term basis.

The Requirements
You must be from a service led organisation where you will have gained experience in creating and delivering 1:1 and group training solutions.

You will have direct experience of a branded environment and be passionate about standards.

You will be highly creative, flamboyant and innovative with a clear focus on quality, showing enthusiasm and display a highly interactive temperament.

You will be sales-focused, results-orientated and have the ability to work within a team and independently.

You will be prepared to travel frequently within the UK (occasionally overseas) and stay away overnight as required.

The Benefits
