Regional HR Manager (South) Southern England - 35k + excellent benefits

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a progressive and expanding hotel group working on a regional basis covering approximately 25 properties throughout the south of England.

The Role
Reporting into the Director of HR for the group, the Regional Human Resources Manager (South) will provide practical HR and training solutions enabling all employees at all levels to maximise their full potential and deliver outstanding customer service. There is a strong focus on proactively identifying development needs and ensuring people development is central to the business. Working on a regional basis you will be the main point of contact for all Human Resource and training needs for approximately 25 properties within the region.

The Requirements
You must have strong solid experience in generalist HR gained within a customer focused business.

You will be up to date with the latest thinking around, and experienced in, talent management, succession planning, resourcing techniques, employee engagement and employment law.

You must have proven experience in designing and delivering workshops, courses and programmes that enables the development of both employees and managers.

You will have successfully developed and maintained a learning and reward culture within the business.

You will have proven experience in managing and advising on complex employee relations issues.

You will be experienced in the recruitment of senior management and will have provided expert advice, guidance and training to line managers in recruitment techniques and processes.

You will be able to develop and maintain working relationships with both the internal and external customer.

You will have commercial acumen and be customer focused with flexibility and the dynamism and enthusiasm to match.

You will be a proactive credible professional, able to engage and influence employees and managers of all levels and possess strong communication skills.

You will be a true team player with experience of contributing to wider team initiatives successfully.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have gained/part gained the CIPD qualification (or working towards it).

This role is a field-based regional position, requiring frequent travel throughout the region and regular overnight stays.
