Senior Human Resources (HR) Development Manager South East Based - 35k + excellent benefits

This is an amazing opportunity for an exceptional pragmatic Human Resource and people development professional to join one of the country s most successful and recognised travel brands, being at the heart of a cultural change process.

The Role
You will have a direct and lasting impact on the business and culture change process, proactively identifying development needs and ensuring people development is central to the business. As a senior Human Resource professional, you will develop and deliver management development programmes as well as plan and implement organisational development initiatives.

The Requirements
You must have strong solid experience in designing, delivering and evaluating management development programmes and organisational development initiatives.

You will be experienced in the design and facilitation of assessment centres for all levels dependant on position.

You must have proven experience in designing and delivering workshops, courses and events that develop both employees and managers.

You will be a champion of change and gained substantial experience in advising managers on development and change matters.

You will have commercial acumen and be customer focused with versatility and the dynamism and enthusiasm to match.

You will be a credible human resources professional, able to engage and influence employees and managers of all levels.

You will be a true team player with experience of working within a wider human resource function.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and ideally gained the CIPD qualification.

You will be prepared to travel overseas and stay away overnight as required.
