As a Recruitment Consultant your main focus will be seeking and converting new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. You will have a talent for being able to recognise real business opportunities. You will need the ability to achieve individual sales targets and both non-financial key business objectives.

You will be an established Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge in an exciting, personality driven industry sector. You will need to be highly organised and disciplined in your approach to work as well as having the commitment and drive to deliver outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of success in a sales environment and will appreciate that a recruitment consultant's day is targeted, fast paced and challenging.
