The client is a tourist site near the river Thames attracting a lot of kids parties and the older generation who come to marvel at the wonderful wildlife along the Thames. The venue also caters for private parties, corporate events and monthly themed BBQ's. The menus are all freshly cooked on site including the desserts ranging from stews, casseroles to themed international BB Q's.

You will need;
A real passion and flair for the industry -the ability to work well within a team as well as to display your own initiative
1 Years relevant experience in a similar role within in a quality establishment or good CDP ready for the next step. -
Excellent command of the English Language -
Health and hygiene knowledge -
Valid passport and working visa -
Great level of presentation and personal hygiene -
