The Company
-National Hotel Chain with 25 properties
-3 star hotel, Manchester airport
The Role
-Chef in Charge required of 60 bedroom .
-Nice a la carte restaurant, banqueting up to 350, room service and light snacks menu.
-You will manage a brigade of 6 chef plus KA's and KP's.
Some corporate experience would be an advantage, you will manage all aspects of the food service offering, training and mentoring.
-Would look at strong sous chef, looking to move up the ladder.
The Package
Up to £26,000 with great growth potential.
