Catering Manager South Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focused Catering Manager to work in a beautiful location, with fantastic career progression and to be involved with a great company who are responsible for the conservation and upkeep of over 350 properties UK wide.

The Property is set in over 3,500 acres of land and offers visitors a range of facilities including open air concerts, weddings, restaurant and private dining. As Catering Manager you are responsible for managing and developing the catering staff and operations.

Your key areas of responsibilities include:
Managing your team
Developing the business through managing finance/business
Working with the senior team to develop the product
Customer care
Health and Safety

We are looking for a Catering Manager that can offer good leadership skills, be customer focused and a team player. This is a hands on role so you will be working alongside your team. You must have previous catering management experience.
