General Manager - Gastro Pub with Rooms - Gloucestershire - 30000 OTE

Part of an exclusive group of hotels this property has 16 bedrooms along with a very good quality food and beverage operation ans conference and banqueting facilities up to 25 pax. Weddings and speciality weekends are popular - with an excellent reputation for food, service and efficient staff.

As General Manager you will responsible for achieving hotel targets and operating profit targets. You must have effective management and communication skills, with a passion for food and beverage and motivating a small yet efficient team.

You will have a strong F+B background looking to take the next step to hotel management. you must have good operational skills as well as good IT skills and experience with management reports. This is a great opportunity for an existing deputy looking to take their first step or an existing general manager wanting a new challenge.

Hotel experience is not essential but you need a quality background in food and beverage.
