Deputy Manager required for a late night bar complex in Surrey!
SALARY - 20,000 - 24,000 Plus Bonus
LOCATION - Guildford/Woking, Surrey

This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the Hospitality and Leisure Industry.
As Deputy Manager you will be working in a busy, fun, late night venue managing a popular late bar , for one of the UK's premier family entertainment centres.
This is a challenging role, managing and motivating a large team, ensuring top notch customer service at all times.
You will be ambitious, highly professional and driven, required to use your business acumen to optimise profits and boost revenue, whilst maintaining the highest standards in safety and customer satisfaction.
Previous Bar or Nightclub Management experience is beneficial, but a strong personality, self motivation and a highly personable attitude to hands on management will be key factors in your success.
A proven track record of good stock control, strong financial awareness and the ability to manage and deal with a wide customer base will be essential.
