Job Description
Head of Customer Services – Gateshead. This top class venue in The North East is unique and extremely popular for a variety of uses. The venue offers customers and visitors services including concerts, educational visits and conference and banqueting facilities.
The venue can cater for extremely large dinners as well as provide a base for a leisurely coffee and cake in their cafe to a more formal dinner for the evening in their brasserie. The venue is open both day and night and serves a range of fresh snacks and meals.
My client is seeking an experienced Head of Customer Services who will manage and develop all customer facing staff. This is a large team of 200 employees who work in all areas of the venue; as such you are required to have strong leadership and communication skills.
Your main responsibilities include driving the customer service forwards, dealing with customers, rotas and managing your teams.
