Night Auditor - 4 Star Hotel - Perthshire - £13500 - Live In Available

A great opportunity to join an international hotel group in their 4 star hotel in Pethshire as a Night Auditor.

Role

To ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times.

To carry out the checkout balance and start of day, the back-up and night audit functions in Fidelio and prepare occupancy statistics daily and business source and nationality statistics at period end; print and distribute the morning reports daily.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office desk throughout the night, to include Night Audit, late arrivals, checkouts, reservations enquiries, early morning calls, rate check reports etc.

To be aware of business levels in the Hotel and ensure a smooth handover is completed at the end of the shift, noting all extraordinary and relevant occurrences in the Duty Managers Report book.

To liaise with Front Office and Duty Manager regarding expected arrivals, expected departures, VIP's, guest queries and problems and any other relevant business such as group arrangements and level of business throughout the Hotel.

Person

You will have excellent customer service skills and have worked within a customer service role previously.

You may be a receptionist looking to learn new skills or be a night auditor looking for a new challenge.

You will be comfortable working on your own as well as in a team.

Knowledge of Fidelio would be advantageous.

Salary
