Senior Assistant Manager/Conference and Banqueting Manager - £20,000 - Hotel - Scottish Borders
An exciting opportunity to work in this popular hotel as a Senior Assistant Manager focusing on the Conference and Banqueting Department.
You will oversee the operations of the functions, weddings and conferences, having responsibility for the room set up and ensuring your team are fully briefed for the event. As part of the management team you will also carry our Duty Management shifts.
You will have a proven background working in a senior position within the Conference and Banqueting department ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
You will have excellent customer service skills and personal presentation as well as an eye for detail.
An excellent salary of £20,000 is on offer to the successful candidate as well as company benefits and ongoing training and development.
