Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager - 4 star hotel - £16,500 - £17,000
4 star hotel in the centre of Edinburgh is looking for an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their team.
Ideally you will have a hotel background within a 4 or 5 star hotel and you will be looking for a new challenge.
Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager you will assist in overseeing the operations in the restaurant, bar, room service and butler operations.
You will have excellent customer service skills and have a passion for food and beverage and your career within the hospitality industry.
You will be hands on and have good people management skills.
